Friday at 1:00pm at Texas Stadium, the Tigers and Coach Dave Henigan will attempt to get past the third round of the playoffs.  Standing in their way is the Lincoln Tigers and Lincoln offers a daunting challenge.

Last week Lincoln rushed the ball for over 350 yards in a 36-10 win over highly regarded Sulphur Springs.  With an offensive line that averages over 280 pounds across the front, it's no secret what Lincoln wants to do.  Superstar QB Byron Eaton (one of the country's top basketball talents as well) leads the Tiger offense and is joined by super soph RB Keith Hodge who leads Lincoln in rushing on the season but the Tigers will spread it around keeping talented fresh runners in the game at all times.

Eaton also leads the Lincoln defense from his free safety position, but last week it was cornerback Antoine Cumby who shut down the area's second leading receiver RoLaundo Wright against Sulphur Springs.  With an abundance of team speed on the defensive side the Tigers will be challenged to match their normal lofty outputs.
